Two Bulgarian wines were awarded at the prestigious expo “Prowein 2009” in DГјsseldorf.

“Villa Hisar” won the awards for beverages with exceptional qualities in the category “In the world of white burgundy”.

Villa Hisar Chardonnay, vintage 2008 selection and Villa Hisar +359 White Metaphor won two out of the three possible stars in the international rankings, made by the special degustation commission.

The official ceremony of the awards will take place during the expo itself, which will take place between March 29th – 31st in DГјsseldorf, Germany.
