For the fifth year, the economics university UNSS held the competition for best looking couple of the university. The event “Ms. and Mr. UNSS 2009” was once again organized by the Student’s council of the university.

The winners of the competition were the 19 year old Nelly Macheva from Sofia and the 19 year old Hristo Manov from Bourgas. The special prize of the audience went to the 20 year old economist Georgi Krushkov and the 21 year old Ralitsa Bogdanova. All of them received many prizes from the competition.

The chairman of the jury for the category “Miss UNSS” was prof. Liubomir Stoikov, and the “Mr. UNSS” choice was in the hands of Miss Bulgaria 2005 Rossy Ivanova. Other members of the jury included Radost Draganova, the mayor of the district “Studentski grad” Dimitar Dilchev, the “Survivor” participant Georgi Kostadinov and others. Hosts of the competitions were Nasko Mikhailov from “Strah” (Fear) and Gergana Doncheva.
