Bulgaira takes 18th place in a research of the quality of the Internet services among 42 countries.

Its purpose is to show the possibility of using web services and application of each country. This research was leaded by students and researchers from the Oxford University and the Oviedo University and was sponsored by Cisco.

The most quality Internet service in Europe are provided in Switzerland and the Netherlands. This is due to an important investments for an upgrade of the optical and the cable Internet, the competitive prices and quality and the policy of the the governments.
