The Rasmus rocked Sofia

One of the most popular Finnish bands The Rasmus made their fans ecstatic with their performance on 12.02 in the “Universiada” hall in Sofia.

Over 1500 fans went crazy with the first song for the night, “Living in a World Without You”, about 20:30. The band followed with many of their most popular and memorable songs, including “Your Forgiveness” and “Justify” from their latest album “Black Roses”, “Immortal” and “No Fear” from the previous album “Hide From The Sun”, “F-F-F-Falling” and “Guilty from “Dead Letters”, etc.

The special surprise for the audience was the acoustic version of the classic song “PРµrfect Day”, by Lou Reed. It was performed just by Lauri YlГ¶nen and the bassist Eero Heinonen, who took over vocal duties for the song. Another surprise for the gig was taking a fan onstage to sing a song with them, and the performance of their old song “Sophia”, which they dedicated to the city Sofia.

The Rasmus “finished” their set with the hit song that made the band popular worldwide – “In the Shadows”. Fans couldn’t have enough of the band, so they called them for an encore. The Rasmus ended the night and their memorable performance with the songs “Rakkauslaulu” and “Sail Away”.
