Rousse with four new malls against the crisis

Submitted on Thursday, 2 April 2009One Comment

Despite the ongoing financial crisis, investors didn’t put on halt the construction works in Rousse. Four out of five trade centers that began construction will be completed, announced the newspaper “Forum”.

The only construction that was put on hold is the one replacing the ex-factory “Petar Karaminchev”. The construction of the envisioned mall “Gallery” was put on hold for an undisclosed period of time.

The first mall to open doors by the end of the year is expected to be the “Danube Mall”. The building is located between four major roads – the entrance of the “Danube bridge” from Romania, Sofia and Varna, Silistra and the main street that leads to the center of Rousse.

The Industrial park of Rousse is very close to the aforementioned construction. The building is partially completed, and is yet to be furnished and decorated.
