Ivo Minar triumphs at “Zagorka Cup” after two victories in a day

Ivo Minar from the Czech Republic won the tournament “Zagorka Cup” and the grand prize of 85 000 euro. Floran Mayers from Germany lost in the finals with 6:4, 6:3 for one hour and seven minutes.

Minar achieved his second victory for the day after he concluded his semi-finals match earlier today. For his victory the Czech will take 12 250 euro from the tournament funds and 90 points for the international rankings. The biggest tournament for men in the history of Bulgarian tennis from the series Challenger took place on the courts of TK Levski in Sofia.

After the finals, Minar and Mayer were awarded at an official ceremony. Both tennis players expressed their satisfaction from the organization of the tournament.
