Prices of estates in Belogradchik rise due to popularity of the local rock formations

Belogradchik successfully develops sectors like tourism and real estate business due to the nomination of the rock formations of Belogradchik as one of the seven new natural wonders of the world.

Numerous new hotels have been opened, and estates have grown in price considerably over the last few weeks.

The mayor of Belogradchik Emil Tsankov said that over fifty tourist houses are currently functioning in the city. This summer Belogradchik awaits a record setting number of visitors. The villages nearby are also getting ready to offer lodging.

The local esate selling agencies note a rise of 15% of the price over the last two months.
