Housing credits increased by 30% in price for a year

Housing credits in leva and euro increased by 30% in price for a year. In January 2008, the interest and taxes for credits in leva were 8.29%, and in December 2008 they were already 11.03%. For loans in euro, the percentage grew from 7.6% to 9.9% in one year.

Thus, the price of a credit returned to it’s high levels similar to those at the end of 2005, announces the newspaper “Sega”.

The interest statistics for the most advatageous products of banks were announced yesterday by the finance website “My money”. 2008 will be remembered with it’s three large waves of rise in the prices of loans.
