“Don Juan” will flirt with Poland

The theatre play of Alexander Morfov “Don Juan” was officially invited to partake in this year’s Festival of European national theatres.

This was decided yesterday by the popular Polish actor Yan Englert, who is currently the art director of the National theatre “Narodovi”-Warsaw, and his colleagues Kshishtoff Toronchik (director of the theatre) and Tomas Kubikovski (director of the Festival).

The goal of the 24-hour visit of the delegation in Bulgaria was to evaluate the play of Alexander Morfov and discuss the possibility of it’s inclusion to the schedule of the Festival. After watching the spectacular play, the Polish representatives made an agreement with the director of the Bulgarian national theatre “Ivan Vazov” – Pavel Vasev – to include it in the Festival.
