The attractive estate sprawls over 50 thousand square metres and includes a subterranean parking lot, cinema, conference halls, offices, hotel complex and spa center.

The auction for the military estate in the center of Sofia, also known as “the military NDK”, will begin on May 29th. This was announced today by the minister of defence Nikolay Tsonev. Other military estates will also be put up for auction on the same day, added he.

The national military complex is located between the “Skobelev” 23 blvd. and the National Palace of Culture. Despite all the investments in the complex – over 20 million leva – it has never been finished.
