Varna once again with the most expensive real estates

The average price of housing in Bulgaria for the first quarter of the year is 1190,72 leva per square metre. The data comes from the latest research of the National statistics institute (NSI) and is cited by today’s issue of the newspaper Monitor.

The prices are biggest in Varna – 1982,17 leva per square metre, followed by Sofia – 1980 leva per squre metre, and Bourgas – 1678,67 leva per square metre.

According to the official data, the lowest prices for the first quarter of the year have been in Kiustendil – 599,08 leva per square metre.
