Culinary academy for talents

The international culinary academy in Dobrich opened a restaurant in which university students will prepare meals from the international cuisine under the guidance of their teachers.

The restaurant “Talents”, which opens doors on the birthday of the academy, will tempt masters and visitors with a culinary journey across the world, says the initiator of the project Frederich den Holander.

Blagoy Ragin – chairman of the Balkan culinary organization – announced that the Bulgarian hotel and restaurant association will nominate the Culinary academy for a base for the preparation of cadres in the tourism industry for this year’s prize of the Balkan tourism organization.
