“The scientific heritage of Leonardo da Vinci” – an exhibition of miniature models and sketches opens on June 1st in the National library “Saints Kiril and Metodii”.

After the exceptional success of the exhibition “Leonardo da Vinci – scientist and inventor” in early 2007 in the Sofia City Gallery, this new exhibition is a new opportunity to get closer to one of the greatest minds of mankind.

The museum “Leonardo da Vinci” in Florence provided sketches, notes, calculations and others that show that many of da Vinci’s observations are in the base of modern science.

The difference between the exhibition in 2007 and the latest one is that this time, the miniature models are coming straight from the museum of Leonardo da Vinci in his birthplace.
