Students from Bulgaria first on the International Internet contest

Bulgarian students won the International Internet contest among competitors from 300 universities from more than 100 countries.

The Informatics’ Alliance at the American University of Blagoevgrad is on the first place in “Unusual Activities” category.

The Trophy was awarded to the students by the biggest and the oldest computer society in the World – Computing Machinery Association.

This association accepted the alliance of the American University of Blagoevgrad as the first and the only Bulgarian member.

The students received 500 USD as a reward and it will be used for this year activities of the alliance.
