The Hollywood film company NU IMAGE is going to invest about 4 M leva in the construction of a new film center located on the Black Sea coast in the southeast Bulgarian town of Tsarevo.

The news was announced by the NU IMAGE CEO David Varod Thursday after he met with the Mayor of the town Petko Arnaudov.

The company is planning to construct a special water pool right on the Black Sea coast. The pool will be used for shooting scenes whereas the sea nearby will serve as the background.

According to David Varod, the unique facility would be attractive for moviemakers from many countries as there were only two such pools – one in Malta, and another one in England.

NU IMAGE has selected the town of Tsarevo for this investment because of the willingness of the municipal administration to cooperate for the development of the plot.
