The decree в„– 338 of the Council of Ministers changed the taxes gathered by the National agency “Road Infrastructure”, announced the press centre of the agency.

The changes affect clauses 8 and 15, regulating the passing of the bridge over the river Danube that connects Ruse with the Romanian city Giurgiu. The changes came into effect on January 1st 2009.

The approved lowering of taxes are a result of the agreement between the ministers of transport of Bulgaria and Romania to standardize the vehicle categories.
