The mayor of Pleven Naiden Zelenogorski and the secretary Tania Stefanova will receive a certificate that notes the quality of governing, according to the international standards of ISO 9001. The special ceremony will take place in the famed hotel “Sheraton” in Sofia.

The minister of national administration Nikolay Vasilev will hand the prestigious document to the deserving municipalities, rewarding their efforts at introducing the improved administrational system.

The preparation of the local and regional governments was realized under tight time limit with the Ministry’s project, financed by the operative program “Administrative capacity”.
