Expensive terrains at the foot of the Vitosha mountain

Submitted on Monday, 23 February 2009No Comment

Several dozens of terrains with a price of over 1 million euro are offered in the districts at the foot of the Vitosha mountain. This data is given by the statistics of the estate trading website www.imot.bg. Some of the terrains offer pre-made projects that never started construction because of lack of funds.

One of the highest offers is 15 million euro for a massive of 20 000 square metres in the district Simeonovo. At first, the estate was provided for a mall, but changes of the density of construction nearby raised the price by 3 million euro.

According to Kalin Vrachanski, manager of the “Valer” agency, investors seek large terrains along the ring-road of Sofia.

“At the moment, I gather a massive of 40 decares that faces the road for a client”, said he. “Their idea is to build a hypermarket. Smaller terrains are not in demand right now, because investors hope for a decrease of prices. I, however, don’t expect such,” concluded Kalin.
