Bulgaria out of the US black “list 301”

“For a third consecutive year, Bulgaria is out of the list of the American government for the violators of intellectual rights”, stated the vice-minister of economics and energetics Yavor Kuiumdzhiev.

Bulgaria was on the edge of being included in the so-called List 301, because of the lack of communication between the government and the organizations that defened the intellectual rights and licensed software.

To avoid entering this list, the minister of culture Stefan Danailov took control of the Council for intellectual rights, and the vice-minister Kuiumdzhiev met indusrty representatives to discuss future goals and measures.
