The regional history museum in Pleven opened a permanent exposition for the grand opera singer Gena Dimitrova.

The main hall, shaped like a stage, has on display the most powerful moments of the career of one of the most popular Bulgarian opera voices – on the stage of the Sofia opera, on Scala Milano, on Arena di Verona.

Her sister Nadka donated many of the singer’s personal belongings to the museum – prizes, photographs, etc. The exposition is one of a kind, assures the Bulgarian national radio.
