A project for an online voting system brought it’s makers the grand prize of the international youth competition “Skills@Work Challenge – Challenge for the young entrepreneur”, organized by Junior Achievement – Bulgaria and the British council in Bulgaria.

The team “Easy Vote” (Alberto Manza, Romania; Ryan McCarty, the United Kingdom; Alexandra Petronevic, Serbia; Elena Tomova, Bulgaria and Khurgin Xenita, Israel) presented a system for simplified voting through internet and mobile telecommunication network, aimed at a wide audience – internet and mobile phoneusers, people with disabilities or mobility difficulties, public administration representatives and parents.

Students aged between 15 and 18 from professional schools of nine countries of Southeastern Europe (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Israel, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey) and the United Kingdom participated in the competition.
