58 million Euro invested in two new yacht complexes in Sozopol

The realization of two new yacht projects in Bulgaria’s Black sea town Sozopol has begun – ‘Marina Sozopol’ and ‘Marina Mall Sozopol’. The total investments will overcome 58 million Euro.

‘Marina Sozopol’ will have a yacht port, private residences, a hotel and trade parts. The project of the residential and hotel part of the resourt have been estimated at 45 million Euro.

The yacht port will have 330 quay places and will be the first one in Bulgaria equipped with its own permanent gas station, providing a 24-hour easy and fast refuelling.

The private residents are allocated for personal usage from the owners. They represent 32 apartments, furnished according to high European standarts, unique design and high-quality materials. Except for them, the resident part will have a hotel with about 130 studios.

The architecture plan of the project has been developed by Stephen Leach Associated BG, a Bulgarian architecture bureau which is a part of the world range Stephen Leach.

In the project ‘Marina Mall Sozopol’ will be included the National archeological museum, which will introduce unique exponents – authentic antique weapons, parts of old ships and others.

That is good investment in this resort. I think that too many malls and too many yacht harbors have been built, but nevermind.
