The Agency for labour received an application for the laying off of 1500 employees of the factory “Kremikovtzi”.

This was announced for news.bg by the chairman the federation “Metallurgists” of KNSB Vasil Yanachkov. He added, that syndicates gave no approval of such, according to his words, “massive” laying off of employees.

With the demand to lay off another 1500 workers, the total number of unemployed people can reach 1900 people.

He was resolute, that syndicates will not give up on their demand for compensations for the ex-employees of the factory. Yanachkov pointed out that the management of the syndicate will continue to look for possible ways to make the factory executives reconsider their demand to lay off workers.
