The holiday of the saints Konstantin and Elena marks the beginning of the tourist sesaon of the resort by the same name.

According to tradition, the celebrations will begin with a mass and a blessing by the bishop of Varna and Veliki Preslav – Kiril – in the monastery “St. Konstantin and Elena”.

Later that day, five trees will be planted in the park of the resort – part of the initiative for the creation of a green fund. The celebrations in the region “Vladislav Varnenchik” also begin today. The furst turning of the sod of a park with historical sights in the area “Terasite” will be part of the celebrations. An exhibition “Out mayors” will also open today in the town hall of “Vladislav Varnenchik”.
