Deputees approved the changes in the Laws for utilization of territory offered by the Council of ministers. The changes limit the restitution of estates used for education, healthcare and culture.

Thus the ministries of education, healthcare and culture will have to give their approval on changes of the nature of estates related to and defined as educational, medicinal and cultural.

The goal is to limit the possibility of changing the purpose of such estates.
