On May 2nd – 3rd Sliven will host for the third time the International dance sports tournament “Sliven Open 2009”, which is part of the dense schedule of the International federation for dance sports.

Dancing couples in the following categories will challenge each other in the tournament: children, teenagers, young adults, seniors and dancers over 19 years.

An International tournament – Basic level for children up to 9 years, children up to 11 years, and teenagers up to 16 years will take place just before the start of the big tournament.

Bulgarian cities like Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, Rousse and Sliven are already among the cities with proven experience in organizing events and hosting international tournaments.
