The rock formations near the Bulgarian city Belogradchik fell back to third position in the rankings for the new seven wonders of the world, after spending two weeks at the second spot.

The Devilish city in Belgrad and Amah Rok, a rock complex located in Hong Kong, are above the rock formations of Belogradchik. The Bulgarian wonder is nominated as a natural phenomenon in the category “Caves, rock formations and valleys”.

The rankings for the new seven wonders of the world is initiated by a Swiss non-governmental organization.
