On June 12th, the rock phenomenon near the city Belogradchik will be presented in Dimitrovgrad (Serbia).

They will be exposed through a multimedia presentation, announced the mayor of Belogradchik Emil Tsankov.

The goal of the initiative is to popularize the rock formations of Belogradchik among the Bulgarians in Serbia. This will no doubt give an additional push in the competition for the new world wonders of nature.

The voting for the New seven wonders of the world will continue until July 7th 2009, when it reaches the final phase.

Out of the remaining 261 wonders of nature, only 77 will remain. A jury of experts will choose 21 of them.

Voting will be done online on the website www.new7wonders.com.
