The house bomb Luke Fair is the surprise of Escape for December 8th
The tickets for a nice evening in club Escape are on sale. One of the elite clubs in Sofia hasn’t forgotten the holy day of the Bulgarian university student – December 8th. The protege of John Digweed – the Canadian DJ and producer Luke Fair – flies from Toronto especially for the student’s holiday.
Just in several years the talented North American built up his reputation as a quality producer and passionate DJ with a flair for experiments (Luke is famous for his love to re-edit the songs in his set).
With powerful back up in the face of Deep Dish, Sasha, Danny Howels and last, but not least John Digweed the progressing Canadian star gets invited on tours everywhere and his success was inevitable.
The characteristic style of Luke Fair is a mixture of groovy, funky, house and tech house elements. It’s an established favourite of respected labels like Yoshitoshi, Bedrock and the cult mixtapes Balance Series.
His studio production varies from sexy dub house to melodic progressive and is a mainstay of playlists of the largest radios in the world – BBCs Radio 1 Essential Mix and Proton Radio and the main players like Erick Morillo and Digweed.
The evening of the university student’s holiday is a promising fiesta of deep, progressive, electro and funky house with an opening set of the Macedonian trio Latenta Project, who will break the unwritten tradition of a Bulgarian DJ for an opener.
