The Bulgarian MEPs appointed between the parliament commissions

The EP session today voted on the appointments of the MEP’s between the 22 parliamentary commissions and sub-commissions.

Ivailo Kalfin was chosen to be the vice-chairman of the budget commission at it’s founding meeting. Filiz Hiusmenova was nominated to be the vice-chairwoman of the commission for regional development, and Metin Kazakh – the sub-commission for human rights. Voting on these nominations will take place on July 20th.

Some of the appointments in the EP include: Rumiana Jeleva and Krisitan Vigenin in the Commission for foreign relations; Rumiana Jeleva in the Commission for security and defence; Nadezhda Mihailova in the Budget commission, etc.
