Smolyan builds two new parks

The municipality of Smolyan begins the new year with a “Modernization of the urban environment and park development” project.

This was announced by the municipality mayor Dora Iankova. She clarified, that the project for the two parks, worth nearly 10 million leva, will be presented to the management of the Operative program “Regional development” on January 5th.

The first park will be near the river Cherna – from the bridge, to the stadium, to the bridge of Karlak.

The second park is in “Ustovo”, between Byala and Cherna, where floods occured in the past.
