Meglena Kuneva invites consumers for an online discussion for their rights

The European Commissioner for Consumer Protection Meglena Kuneva gives the opportunity to the citizens of Europe to take part in an online meeting with her between 15:00 and 16:30 GMT to discuss issues concerning consumer protection. The web address of the virtual forum is: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/chat_13march_en.htm .

Participants can ask their questions in twelve languages. One of them is Bulgarian. The rest are Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Polish, Portugeese, Italian and Spanish.

The meeting will take place two days before the Day of the consumer, and is part of the efforts of the European Commissioner Meglena Kuneva to encourage European consumers to consciously learn more about their rights, and understand the activites of the European Commission – along with their key national partners – which answer the daily needs of real consumers.
