The Swiss skier Fabien Suter won the race, finishing with a time of 1.45,68. The Austrian skier Andrea Fischbacher finished second with a time of 1.46.83 minute.

The leader in the general rankings for the world cup – the American Lindsey Vonn – shared her third spot with the Italian skier Nadya Franchini, with a time of 1.46,92.

One of the stronger skiers – Anya Person from Sweden – did not finish the race. Another one of the betting favourites – Maria Rich from Germany – finished 18th with a time of 1.48.92 minute.
