The business chamber of Vidin and the Agency for small and average enterprises of Kalafat organize the International forum for the First European week of small and average enterprises.

During the summit opening in the Conference centre of the Municipality administration Krasimir Kirilov, secretary of the business chamber of Vidin, stated that this is the first ever such initiative of the European Commission. According to him, the idea is to organize co-operative visits of representatives of the small and average businesses of Vidin and Kalafat.

The goal of the summit is to inform the businessmen of the possibilities for financing from European programs. The other goal of the forum is to establish the foundations of co-operative activitiy and the mutual projects of the representatives of both cities.

Kirilov added that every year, over 730 similar summits take place in about 34 other countries.
