GERB presented their governmental platform on the eve of the elections for EU Parliament and the 41st National assembly. The press conference today emphasized that GERB intends to bring everyone responsible for the misuse of eurofunds to justice, in order to present to Europe an alternative to the current image of Bulgaria.

GERB is also the first political party to present their platform for the 41st parliamentary elections.

The informal leader of the party Boiko Borisov explained that the announcement for the “Program for European development of Bulgaria” of GERB at this stage of the election campaign isn’t a coincidence.

The party wants to make it clear that they aren’t indifferent to national and European politics.

“We are convinced that we can lead good politics in Bulgaria only if we co-operate with our partners in the European Union. Bulgaria has to actively participate in the formation of the decisions of the EU in order to maintain the national interests”, stated Borisov in his opening speech.
