Despite the crisis, the Black Sea coast is still favored by russians

Despite the prognosis proclaiming that the resort estates will remain emty for the season, and the hotel builders will bankrupt, an inquiry by prian.ru shows that the bulgarian resort estates are still number one for russians. This inquiry was held in October and was based on 580 000 answers to the question where does the russian man want to buy an estate.

The slavic psyche of the russians dictates that an estate is the best investment of all, far more secure than a bank deposit. Compared to the previous inquiry, however, the desires of russians for an estate investment in Bulgaria has decreased with 0,63 percent, shows the statistic.

Montenegro has fallen out of the top ten favored destinations since this summer. Germany, France, Finland and the Czech Republic have gone up in the rankings. Almost 60% of the people that participated in the inquiry voted for the countries already in the top ten.

Thailand saw the biggest increase of desireablility for a country outside the top ten, moving from 22nd to 14th place. Despite the overbuilding of Slunchev briag, the place still remains a top destination for russians.
