‘Eurobank Properties’ has signed a preliminary contract with the real estate company ‘Acron Constructions’. According to the contract, ‘Eurobank properties’ will receive 100% of the capital of a Bulgarian compound estate company and will pay 90.8 million Euro.

The company owns an area of 2043 square meters on ‘Todor Alexandrov’ blv. in Sofia. A multifunctional project with common gross area of over 31 500 sq.m. will be built on it. The building will have 370 parking lots and is expected to bi finished by September 2011.
