A second Bulgarian in Barcelona after Stoichkov

In the not-so-distant past, the legendary Bulgarian footballer Hristo Stoichkov was part of the Spanish colossus Barcelona. Now, a new Bulgarian player is headed to “Camp Nou”.

He is the young Bozhidar Kraev, who will join the youth team of the Catalans officially in August. The talented youth – son of the former Botev (Vratsa) FC Boiko Kraev – was selected a year ago by Hristo Stoichkov to enter the football academy of “Gillette”. He is now headed towards the professional game.

Bozhidar Kraev attended the “Gillette” press conference in the hotel “Radisson” alongside Hristo Stoichkov and Dimitar Berbatov – the two ambassadors of the initiative in Bulgaria.
