The Rila monastery offers their services to the visitors in the recreation hotel complex “Tsarev vrah”, announced the bishop of the holy place in Rila – Evlogii.

After the return of the church’s property, the hotel came into possession of the monastery. However, it’s managed by a third company with their own personnel.

“We made a complete renovation and offer the tourist very good conditions”, said the bishop. The price of a bed in a single or a double room is 30 leva per night. A room with three beds is 75 leva per night.

“Our hotel does not rely on stars, but we maintain quality. We have 150 beds at the moment. There are several rooms that are still not repaired, but we will continue the renovation next year.”

Visitors can sleep in the monastery itself as well. A bed in the new wing of the monastery costs 12 leva per night.
