The 110th anniversary of the birth of the composer Pancho Vladigerov /1899-1978/ was celebrated on March 12th with a concert and photo exposition.

The organizers are the National music academy “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” and the house museum of the renowned composer.

Pancho Vladigerov takes a special, patriarchal place in the Bulgarian music culture of the twentieth century.

He is the first Bulgarian composer with a wide international audience and acclaim decades ago. The works of the composer were performed in the hall of the academy.
