Competition for an opera-house in Pleven

A competition to make an original project for the construction of an opera-house was set for February 12th by the local administration, announced the newspaper “Posoki”.

The proposals of participants must include their concepts for both the art team and the techincal execution team of the new cultural insitute, as well as concepts for the marketing of the cultural spot.

Projects will be accepted at the Centre for administrative services of the Pleven municipality up until February 11th.

The announcement of a new contest for the opera house was needed, because no candidates applied in the contest last month. This time, however, things are different, and there are hopes for candidates, assures the administration of the mayor Zelenogorski.
