The Bulgarian telecommunication company (BTC) and the owners of the trademark 2be – the firm “Kimimpex Trading and Leasing” OOD signed a contract, according to which BTC gains 100% rights on the leading chain of stores for telecommunication services 2be.

The deal was approved by the management of BTC and was sent for approval to the Commission for protection of competition. The integration process will be concluded by the end of the year, and includes re-branding of the stores and their fusion with the chain stores of the Telecommunication company.

The contract between the two companies is the natural extension of their close partnership and successful co-operation portfolio of provided services. In practice, the deal doubles the number of stores in the network of BTC.
