The Pleven Panorama – accessible to all tourists

The agency for people with disabilities, part of the Ministry of labour and social politics, approved a project of the municipality of Pleven.

The project is called “Panorama for everyone” and costs 108 223 leva.

The funds will be used for the creation of an accessible environment for visitors of the popular Pleven Panorama who have disabilities.

A special lift and a new staircase will be constructed. The current staircase that leads to the Panorama is a serious obstacle for older tourists and visitors that have disabilities.
