21 billion revenue for budget 2009

The budget for 2009 for Bulgaria includes income of 21 billion leva. The expected expenses are a little over 11 billion leva. The monetary contribution of Bulgaria to the EU will be nearly 932 million leva.

The income from the corporate taxes are over 18 billion leva, the Value added tax identification number income is nearly 9 billion leva, and 4 billion come from excises. 400 million leva will be provided for public investments. The capital expenses are over 2,5 billion leva.

The expenses of the social insurance are increased with over 53 million leva, in connection with the increase of longevity of pregnancy compensation payments to 12 months.

The expenses of the Healthcare fund are increased by 30 million leva.
