The holidays in the resort Pamporovo are almost 100% full, announced the chairman of the Regional tourism association “Rodopi” Panteley Memtsov.

Mariana Zgurova, hotel manager, said that the resort and the ski tracks are buzzing with activity, because Pamporovo offers the best conditions for ski beginners, children and families.

Almost half of the tourists are Bulgarians. The foreign tourists are mostly English and Irish, clarified Memtsov.

Other foreign tourists come from Greece, Turkey, Macedonia, Russia and Romania.

After the recent snowfalls, the resort expects a new wave of Western European tourists.
