The expected cheapening of estates has begun

Submitted on Friday, 17 October 2008No Comment

We already witness the long-awaited fall in the real estate prices. The bank crisis, inflation and low purchasing capacity have lead to decreased estate search and respectively – correction of the prices.

In some cases prices fall with the amazing 40% of the initially announced value.

Most often the owners of panel buildings lower the prices. The widely discussed bank policy of stopping crediting of panel residences is pushing the salesmen of such type of estates. Practically their only alternative of attracting potential buyers is lowering the asked price.

Besides panel building, fall in sale prices can also be seen for estates in construction, offices, land and even shops.
