22 directors and physics and chemistry teachers visited the infromational centre of the National facility “Radioactive wastes” of Kozloduy city.

The facility executive Boris Pekov opened the seminar, part of the project “School: I know. Human and radiation”. Dilyan Petrov, vice-director of the “Radioactive wastes” bureau of the city introduced the pedagogues with the waste management of the polluting garbage of the nuclear power plant.

The educational project aims to give students in high schools in the Kozloduy municipality the basic knowledge of natural and artficial radiation, radioactive wastes and the activities of the disposal facility that conserve the natural habitat and safety of humans.
