Parvanov signed the order for the convocation of the National assembly

The press center of the Presidency announced that the Bulgarian president Georgi Parvanov signed the order for the convocation of the National assembly.

The order is based on article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. The first meeting of the new, 41st National assembly is on July 14th 2009 at 10:00 o’clock.

Boiko Borisov recently announced that the new government will be formed by July 27th.
