Inrush of foreign students in Plovdiv leads to animation of market

Submitted on Sunday, 2 November 2008No Comment

The inrush of foreign students in Plovdiv leads to increase in the seeking of apartments for rent and animation of the market.

Traditionally the highest is the interest to the apartments in the ideal center.

One-bedroom apartments are not very popular among the foreign students because they don’t correspond to their standard and previous lifestyle. The biggest is the interest to the two-bedroom flats. The lodgers are mainly Turkish and Greece students who are willing to pay higher price for the better communication of the estate and fitting-up with new furniture.
