Higher risk of avalanches  in mountains

The mountain safety department warns that the avalanche danger in mountains is higher right now. Experts define the tourism conditions on March 2nd as follows:

Vitosha: Cherni vrah 2290 m. – bad tourism conditions; Aleko 1810 m. – good tourism conditions.

Rila: Musala peak – 2925 m. – bad tourism conditions; Borovets – 1350 m. – good tourism conditions; ski-center Maliovitsa – 1740 m. – good tourism conditions.

Pirin: Bansko – 1000 m. – good tourism conditions.

Rodopi: Studenets – 1700 m. – good tourism conditions.

Stara planina: lodges in Stara planina – bad tourism conditions.
